Xtreme® Seal Coat , Engineered Just for You

Xtreme® emulsion based seal coat consists of the highest quality additives coupled with the highest residual asphalt water proofing materials in the industry. It  is used throughout the nation on all types of roads and is preferred by everyone from school districts to home owner’s associations and here is why. The Xtreme®  Seal Coat materials formula is engineered for different road and asphalt conditions. Many variables are taken into consideration for each batch. Each of our batches are dependent on the amount of traffic on your roads, the age of the asphalt, the turning radius within the roads , weather conditions and many other factors. Furthermore; where needed, core samples of the asphalt are tested in our laboratories to see which formulas are best suited for each particular job. Most importantly, Xtreme®  Seal Coat meets and exceeds the nations highest industrial standards and is guaranteed to outlast any other product on the market.

Seal Coat Application Process

Notification of Closures– Prior to the beginning of every project all tenants and/or residents are sent notices with a map of their property/community addressing the areas within the property that will be closed off and be active construction zones.

Coning off Active Construction Zones– At the start of each project all areas to be worked on will be coned off once all cars and objects are moved from these zones. These areas are closed off  between 12-24 hours; depending on the amount of work.

Oil Treatment and Street Cleaning– Once all cars and objects are removed from the active constructions zones, we prepare and treat all of the oil stains. Following the oil stain treatment all debris in the entire zone is cleaned off the asphalt with our high powered industrial blowers and/or street sweepers.

Crack Sealing– Following the deep cleaning of the pavement, all cracks 1/8” up to 1"  are filled with the highest strength water resistant asphalt crack sealant on the market. Sealing these cracks prevents water from causing the cracks to expand and create further damage to your roads.

Xtreme®  Seal Coating– Upon completion of the crack sealing, we begin sealcoating. First all of the edges are done by hand to lay the seal coat with precision up against the concrete joints. Once all of the edging is completed we move on to resurfacing the entire road surfacewith (2) coats of Xtreme® Seal Coat.

Striping– After Xtreme®  Seal Coat has dried and cured we finish up the project by striping all items for the project. We can either stripe per an existing layout or stripe a new layout.
